A VERY special program to help our community.

When your home closes, Luna Realty will donate $500 of the commission paid to the 501(c)(3) charity of your choice.

We can make donations to any organization recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as public charities with current 501(c)(3) status in good standing, which includes many school foundations, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, religious groups, and many other organizations whose goal is to improve our community.

Request for a donation and designated charity must be made before listing or sales contract is signed and is available for one transaction side per family per year.
